With over 10 years structuring creative operations and leading projects across platforms, I apply experience across advertising, social content, TV, and commercial production to the unique challenges of each project. As a Producer, I oversee end to end production processes: bidding and pitching, hiring and negotiating with vendors and crew, and all logistical layers of physical production right into post. I ensure all stakeholders are aligned and communication is timely, keeping creative and business needs aligned for the entire process, and own project documentation and workflow.
As Head of Production, I span agency, studio, and brand-side environments, taking responsibility for multi-market production across live action, animation, editorial, and campaign workflows. I’ve built and led production teams, owned budgets, refined operating models, and served as the point of accountability when creative ambition and financial reality meet.
